Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

We ship within the United States. If you are outside the U.S. and want a RepTime, email us at info@advancedkiteboarding.com and we'll tell you what we can do.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is free on all orders within the United States.

Processing Time

Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a holiday are packed the next business day.

Delivery Time

Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after the order ships. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your package leaves.

Wrong Address

Check your address at checkout. If a package comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody could receive it, we'll resend it once you cover the new shipping cost.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email us at info@advancedkiteboarding.com within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number and photos. We'll sort it out.
